Workday Functional Consultants – Multiple Modules

Our client is one of the Big 4 global professional services firms, supporting multiple large-scale international Workday programs. Project work is primarily US-based and executed from India.

We are hiring experienced Workday Functional Consultants to support ongoing implementation and post-go-live support projects. This role is ideal for professionals with active Workday certifications or those eligible for certification transfer/training. Candidates must be comfortable working independently after task assignment and have strong configuration skills.

• Configure and support Workday modules as per project requirements.
  

• Collaborate with international teams for implementation and ticket-based support.
  

• Translate business needs into functional configuration and process improvements.
  

• Maintain documentation and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
  

• Candidates already engaged with the client will not be considered.
  

• A mandatory background check will be conducted prior to onboarding.
  

• The interview process will include 1–2 rounds with the client team.
  

• Candidates should be able to start following a 3+ week onboarding period.
  

• Preference is given to professionals with strong configuration and implementation experience over purely strategic or SME-level profiles.
  

• Active Workday Certification or eligibility to become certified (certifications will be held under the delivery partner organization).
  

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of Workday modules.
  

• At least two full-cycle Workday implementations in a functional capacity.
  

• Strong domain knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  

• Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision.
