Workday Functional Consultant – HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning modules , with a strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, and data integrity. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize Workday solutions that: * Gather and document business requirements related to HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning. * Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning, to meet business needs. * Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of Workday configurations. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday users. * Collaborate with other Workday functional and technical consultants. * Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features. * Develop and maintain system documentation. * Participate in Workday projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. * Train end-users on Workday functionality. Responsibilities: * Lead the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. * Provide expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning. * Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of Workday configurations. * Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues. * Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. * Develop and maintain system documentation. * Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features. * Train end-users on Workday functionality. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Workday certification in one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, or Learning. * 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant. * Strong understanding of HR processes. * Experience with system configuration and data integrity. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with Workday implementation projects. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. * Experience with Workday integrations. * Experience with Agile methodologies.
