Location: Bengaluru – Hybrid (3 days WFO) Experience: 5 – 9 years Role: Workday Finance Analyst About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Administrator with deep expertise in Workday Financials and a strong background in finance operations. This role will be pivotal in supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by providing high-quality data insights and analysis to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management modules. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions • Developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance • Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies and errors • Staying up-to-date with Workday Financials best practices and new features.
