Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating innovative solutions to address specific business needs and collaborating with team members to ensure successful application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Provide training and support to end-users on application usage. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices. - Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for existing applications. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. - Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
