Job description
We’re hiring: Workday Consultant (Remote – LATAM)
At HR Path, we are looking for a Workday Consultant to join our team and support implementation and client projects across LATAM.
This is a 100% remote role, ideally based in Mexico, but we are open to candidates across Latin America.
What you’ll do
- Provide Workday consulting and implementation services
- Support configuration and optimization of Workday modules
- Provide support services to end users
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams across different levels
- Manage support requests through Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Participate in implementation projects and methodologies
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support)
- Experience configuring at least two Workday modules
- Workday certifications in modules such as:
- HCM
- Time Tracking
- Recruiting
- Learning
- Benefits
- Talent / Performance
- Compensation / Advanced Compensation
- Absence Management
- Fluent English
- Experience working with LATAM operations
- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira or similar)
