Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Workday Benefits Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Benefits solutions. The successful candidate will be Workday Certified and have in-depth knowledge of benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Benefits modules (healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  

• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits setup and processing.
  

• Manage open enrollment setup, testing, and issue resolution.
  

• Analyze business needs and recommend system solutions or process improvements.
  

• Support integrations between Workday and third-party benefits providers.
  

• Develop user training materials and assist with system testing.
  

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
  

RequirementsQualifications & Skills:

• Workday Benefits Certification is required.
  

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience.
  

• Comprehensive understanding of benefits design, eligibility rules, and integrations.
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
