Workday Analyst

Mindpool Technologies is hiring for a Workday Analyst in Pune ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support maintenance of Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration, including setup and functional configuration. Gather requirements for, create, and maintain data and configuration changes required to accommodate rapid organizational and business process requirements. Work closely with the business teams in USA and India to understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions to address some of these issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Develop and maintain documentation for Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues related to Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Analyze and troubleshoot system errors, bugs, and performance issues. Provide technical support to end-users on Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders using Workday HCM and/or Financials data. Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases, updates, and best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support to end-users on Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders using Workday HCM and/or Financials data. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials configuration. Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials functionality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. CERTIFICATIONS: None specified.
