What You'll Do- Support customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer assistance
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow internal processes and quality standards
- Work in a young, dynamic and multicultural team
- C2 or fluent French
- At least B2 English level
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated, positive and people-oriented mindset
- No previous experience required (training is provided)
