Customer Support Representative German Speaker Location: Malta (Hybrid) Schedule: 07:00 Midnight (rotational shifts) Start Date: 7 July 2025 Work Model: Hybrid (initial training onsite, then mix of office & remote work) Net Salary: 1,400/month (German language) bonuses and benefits About the Role Were seeking a native or C2-level German speaker with strong English (B2) skills to join our customer support team in Malta. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. Requirements: Native or C2-level German speaker with strong English (B2) skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software Experience in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
