Operator of Labor Services

Accademia da Vinci, Training and Employment Agency accredited by Region Lombardy, is seeking n.1 Operator/Operator of Labor Services to expand its staff at the headquarters located in viale Duca D'asota 19, Busto Arsizio. Responsibilities The selected resource, in collaboration with the branch team, will be responsible for accompanying users in defining personalized paths and accessing services provided by the calls promoted by the Region. In particular, it will be necessary to: • Provide information and support to users on the services offered; • Assist users in filling out forms and applications; • Manage and coordinate the flow of users; • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new projects; • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with the labor market and employment services.
