Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Facilitator

Are you passionate about student development and building strong industry relationships? The International Hotel School West Rand Campus is seeking a dedicated Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Facilitator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our students gain meaningful, real-world experience during their WIL period. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage student placements at hospitality properties. Conduct regular site visits to monitor student progress and provide support. Often, this will involve working closely with students, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, education, or a related field). 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Benefits: Competitive salary.
