Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Remote in Portugal Market: Italian -Speaking Your Main Responsibilities As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will: Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls Handle support tickets related to products or services of the company Follow up on customer interactions Provide support to customers with questions and issues related to orders, delivery, and payments Update customer information in the system Keep track of all interactions with the customer to ensure the best customer service experience Cooperate with different departments and stakeholders to solve customer issues Participate in the definition of internal processes and improvements to the customer experience Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and satisfaction.
