Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using database management tools. Sales Persuasion: Use strong sales persuasion skills to convince potential customers to purchase products or services. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
