Job Opportunity: Customer Assistance and Content Moderation in Italian, Remote or with Accommodation Included (Portugal or Greece)

We are hiring Italian candidates for full-time remote roles, with a base in Portugal or Greece, or completely remote, wherever you want to live. It's a great opportunity to start or grow an international career with a stable contract and numerous benefits.

Main Details:

• Languages required: Italian (native language or C1+) and English (minimum B2)
• Workplace: Portugal or Greece, or remote from any EU country (EU passport required)
• Contract: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, long-term
• Monthly salary: Between 1,000 and 1,800 euros net, depending on the project
• Welcome bonus: 2.000 euros upon contract signing (only in some projects, which you will naturally choose)
• Relocation support: Paid flight, hotel for 2-3 weeks, help finding accommodation
• Accommodation included: Some projects provide a private room with utilities included, while others, we help you find and the cost will never exceed 350 euros for a furnished apartment of at least 50 square meters
• Night work: Possibility of night shifts with a notable additional bonus
• Equipment provided: PC and corporate internet connection for home work

• Customer Assistance for marketplaces (via chat, phone, or email)
• Content Moderation for marketplaces (announcements, reviews, user-generated content)
• General Content Moderation (social media, images, texts, videos)
