Our Client Our client is a U.S.-based full-service digital agency with expertise in branding, web design & development, and WordPress support. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Support Specialist to join their team. Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients using WordPress-based solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless integration of WordPress with other tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress-related problems, including plugin and theme conflicts, compatibility issues, and performance optimization. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that WordPress-based solutions meet client requirements and expectations. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and security updates to provide expert-level support. Requirements 3+ years of experience in providing technical support for WordPress-based projects. Strong understanding of WordPress core functionality, plugins, and themes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies is a plus.
