Job description
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you are responsible for safeguarding and continuously improving the product and process quality of suppliers. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to optimize quality standards.
- Performing and following up on supplier audits;
- Monitoring supplier performance based on KPIs;
- Initiating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborating with Procurement and Engineering for quality improvement;
- Analyzing and reporting deviations and trends;
- Identifying risks within the supply chain;
- Ensuring structural improvement measures;
What we expect:
- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level in a technical direction;
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role;
- Experience with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and audits;
- Preferably ISO19011 certification;
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach;
- Good command of the German and English languages;
- Willingness to travel internationally;
