Night Shift Care Coordinator – Marius Meijboom

Can you provide our residents with a serious multiple limitation at night and possibly in the evening with the care they need? The team of De Marius Meijboom in Amsterdam IJburg is looking for a care coordinator for the night shifts from 18 hours to a maximum of 27 hours per week. What will you do? Together with a team of colleagues, you will support and care for residents where needed. People with EMB are almost completely dependent on their environment for all daily activities. At night, this means that you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our residents, including providing medication, assistance with personal care, and emotional support. You will work closely with a team of professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
