• Activation through joint activities such as exercise, memory training, cooking or baking together in the common room
• Information, consultation and support with organizational matters
• Organization of joint activities with residents (e.g., joint celebrations, excursions, participation in community events)
• Absence cover if needed (e.g., watering plants, airing out)

• You have completed training as a home helper (Heimhelfer:in)

• Remuneration according to the SWÖ collective agreement. The gross salary for 36 hours per week, depending on previous service, is between € 2,494.30 and € 2,692.40 per month.
