• Implementation of the care concept
• Ensuring and documenting care processes and care planning
• Close cooperation with medical specialists and authorities
• Implementation of quality assurance measures
• Professional instruction, onboarding, and development of employees

• Completed vocational training in geriatric care or general and specialized nursing
• Additional qualification for Ward Management (m/f/d)
• Confident and reliable demeanor
• Enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent people
