Salary according to our own collective agreement, special payments (holiday and Christmas bonus) and other location benefits

38.5 hours/week and 30 days of vacation for full-time employment

Your Profile:
Completed training in geriatric or general nursing
At least 2 years of professional experience in geriatric or general nursing
Qualification for residential area management and leadership experience desirable or willingness to complete our internal further training as a Responsible Nursing Professional (WBL)
Competence in quality assurance and self-confident demeanor
Enjoy taking responsibility, sharing knowledge, guiding and mentoring others
Your Tasks:
With your team, you create such a good atmosphere and care in the residential area that you would move in yourself
Promoting residents' life satisfaction through activating support and care
Coordination of the residential area workflow and professional guidance as well as mentoring of employees
Secure documentation of care processes
Responsibility for the regular updating of the care plan
