Für ein established and resident-oriented seniors' home in Willich, we are looking for an engaged Residential Area Leadership (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of a residential area with independent team management
Safeguarding high-quality and resident-oriented care and support
Staff planning, scheduling, and staff management in the residential area
Quality management, documentation, and implementation of statutory requirements
Trustworthy cooperation with relatives, doctors, and external service providers
What we are looking for: Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing assistant
Further education to Residential Area Leadership or comparable leadership qualification
Mult-year professional experience in geriatric care, ideally in a leading position
Outstanding leadership skills, organizational talent, and social competence
A high sense of responsibility and joy in working with seniors
