Für ein established and resident-oriented seniors' home at Oyten, we are looking for an engaged Residential Area Leadership (m/w/d) as soon as possible. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of a residential area with independent team management
Safety assurance of high-quality and resident-oriented care and support
Staff planning, duty roster design, and staff management in the residential area
Quality management, care documentation, and implementation of statutory regulations
Trustworthy cooperation with relatives, doctors, and external service providers
What we are looking for: Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing assistant
Further education to Residential Area Leadership or comparable leadership qualification
Multiple years of professional experience in geriatric care, ideally in a leading position
Outstanding leadership skills, organizational talent, and social competence
High sense of responsibility and joy in working with seniors
