For an established and resident-oriented senior home in Seelze, we are looking for a committed Residential Area Leadership (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of a residential area with independent team management
Safeguarding high-quality and resident-oriented care and support
Staff planning, scheduling, and staff management in the residential area
Quality management, care documentation, and implementation of statutory requirements
Trustworthy cooperation with relatives, doctors, and external service providers
What we are looking for: Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing assistant
Further education to Residential Area Leadership or comparable leadership qualification
Multiple years of professional experience in geriatric care, ideally in a leading position
Outstanding leadership skills, organizational talent, and social competence
A high sense of responsibility and joy in working with seniors
What you are looking for: Attractive annual gross salary depending on qualifications and professional experience
