Are you looking for a responsible position where you can both lead and care? For a renowned seniors' home near Osteel, we are seeking an engaged Resident Area Leader (m/w/d) who combines leadership tasks with active caregiving work. Shape the daily life of residents with heart and competence! Your tasks: Leadership and organization of a resident area with professional and personal responsibility
Active participation in care and direct care for residents in daily operations
Quality assurance through implementation of care standards and documentation
Leadership and motivation of your care team, including scheduling
Contact person for residents, family members, and external cooperation partners
Your profile: Completed training as an examined nurse (Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
Prior education in Resident Area Leadership or comparable qualification desirable
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care advantageous
Organizational talent and joy in working with seniors
Team spirit and empathetic communication skills
