We are seeking, on behalf of a renowned seniors' home near Gersthofen, a dedicated Resident Area Leadership (m/w/d) who will lead a resident area with heart and professional competence, actively shaping the quality of life of residents. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of a resident area with responsibility for residents and care team
Safeguarding high-quality, resident-oriented care in accordance with current quality standards
Staff management, scheduling, and staff development within the team
Closely cooperating with relatives, doctors, and therapeutic specialist services
Implementing and developing care concepts as well as quality management
Your profile: Completed training as a nurse with further education in Resident Area Leadership or comparable qualification
Multiple years of experience in stationary elderly care, ideally in a leadership position
Outstanding leadership and social skills, as well as enthusiasm for working with seniors
Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented work approach
Team spirit, empathy, and the ability to motivate and develop staff members
