As a personnel agency in the Medical & Healthcare sector, medcareer is seeking an engaged Residential Area Leader (m/w/d) on behalf of a renowned provider for a residential care facility in Eppingen. Your tasks: Responsible leadership and organization of a residential area
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care processes
Leadership, guidance, and promotion of the care team
Creation and monitoring of duty rosters
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
Your qualifications: Completed training in geriatric care, health or nursing care
Further education to become a Residential Area Leader or willingness to pursue this
Multiple years of experience in care, ideally in a leadership position
Outstanding leadership and social competence
Structured work style and organizational talent
