WMS Specialist (Bacău)

We are looking for a WMS Specialist to join our team in Bacău. You will have the role of managing and verifying data from the WMS system, ensuring that the application functions correctly and collaborating with internal departments (warehouse, replenishment, etc.).

The presence is required at our warehouse located in Izvoare district. The work schedule is in two shifts: 9:00 – 17:00 and 13:00 – 22:00.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and correctly enter data into the WMS system, based on received documents;
• Correct errors that appear, restore saved data, and provide user support;
• Take information from primary documents and enter it into the company's application;
• Maintain permanent contact with Warehouse and Replenishment departments for data exchange;
• Develop instructions and work procedures for WMS usage;
• Verify document authenticity to ensure information accuracy;
• Inform and report periodically to the Manager about relevant aspects of activity;
• Ensure good functioning and maintenance of used equipment.

Candidate Profile:

• Middle or higher education in IT or related fields;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in using WMS systems or database administration;
• Good knowledge of PC operation (Excel, inventory management applications – advantage WMS, ERP, Business Central);
• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal departments;
• Knowledge of English at a medium or advanced level (written and spoken).
