WMS Project Manager

Role Summary: The WMS Project Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of Warehouse Management systems, ensuring the implementation and continuous optimization of operations. With strong experience in WMS systems, the professional must have a balance between technical and interpersonal skills, in order to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the delivery of results in a timely manner. Main Responsibilities: - Management and supervision of all aspects related to the WMS. - Ongoing communication with sponsors and stakeholders. - Requirements analysis and translation to system specifications. - Maintain detailed documentation of WMS functionalities and results. - Performance monitoring and proposals for continuous improvements. - Coordination with technical teams during project implementation. - Participation in tests and validation of new features. Necessary Requirements: - Experience with WMS Systems. - Knowledge in databases, such as SQL. - Skills in requirements management. - Experience in backlog management. - Proactivity in monitoring and continuous improvement. - Participation in tests and validation of features. - Fluency in English. Desirable Complements: - Previous experience in logistics environments. - Knowledge in agile methodologies. Other Details: The position requires flexibility for travel in Portugal and travel to the National Distribution Center, with a hybrid work model 3x a week at the headquarters.
