Summary We are seeking a Körber WMS Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Supply Chain execution solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring HighJump WMS for various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and logistics. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert-level consulting services to clients on Körber WMS implementation, configuration, and optimization. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on best practices for HighJump WMS usage. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Körber WMS features, functionality, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. • Participating in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful implementation of HighJump WMS projects. • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients on HighJump WMS issues. • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base for Körber WMS solutions. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided to clients.
