UEFA Grassroots C), Finding a training facility that meets the requirements for the spring-summer period and a school hall or sports hall for the winter period, Building relationships with parents and children, Organizing and conducting training sessions, Developing and implementing training programs, Managing the financial aspects of the academy, Maintaining communication with stakeholders, Coordinating with other staff members, Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the academy's activities, Making decisions on the development and improvement of the academy, Representing the academy in external events and meetings, Developing and maintaining partnerships with local football clubs and organizations, Organizing and participating in tournaments and competitions, Maintaining a positive image of the academy, Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, Managing conflicts and disputes that may arise, Providing support to participants and their families, Coordinating with other stakeholders, such as schools and local authorities.
