Scientific Employee (m/w/d) Organic Chemistry Pharma in Munich (1325)

Your career at the interface of chemical development, production, and process optimization.
In this position, you will actively shape pharmaceutical processes - from introduction to optimizations, validation, and troubleshooting. You will work in a regulated environment where precise planning, analytical thinking, and interdisciplinary cooperation are crucial.
Tasks
- Process Responsibility: Accompaniment of introductions, optimizations, commissioning, and upgrade projects up to new construction projects.
- Planning & Implementation: Planning, monitoring, and implementation of development, production, and validation approaches in the pharmaceutical environment.
- Troubleshooting: Active participation in cause analysis and measures for sustainable process optimization.
- Change Management: Creation, editing, and tracking of changes according to applicable guidelines.
- Documentation: Creation and revision of production documents such as HVen and SOPs in close coordination with the responsible departments.
Qualification
- Qualification: Successfully completed studies in organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a doctorate.
- Familiarity: Fundamentally theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry and/or solid-phase chemistry including purification technologies and process-related analytics.
- Production Proximity: Experience in the production environment and knowledge of occupational safety, advantageous.
- IT Knowledge: Secure handling of common MS-Office applications.
- Languages: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are advantageous.
- Work Style: Self-reliant, structured, communicative, solution-oriented, and team-oriented in the project environment.
