Tasks:

• Conducting and leading annual and group financial statements according to HGB
• Audit of annual financial statements of various forms and company sizes
• Evaluation of business processes, internal control systems, and risk management systems
• Preparation of audit reports and presentation of results for clients
• Factual guidance and support of audit assistants
• Contact person for clients on accounting, financial, and auditing-related questions
• Participation in special audits as well as advisory services
• Tight cooperation with tax consultants and other specialist departments

Requirements

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable program
• Certified Public Accountant exam passed or currently in preparation
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of auditing annual and group financial statements according to HGB
• Solid understanding of business relationships
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• High affinity for numbers as well as a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Confident appearance and communication skills in dealing with clients
