The Commercial Law Department of Kapsch TrafficCom AG supports all operational units in Europe and worldwide in strategic projects. We are characterized by very high economic thinking, show solution paths, and accompany the implementation of business goals and the legal strategy of the company as needed.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team through an engaged lawyer.

Your area of responsibility:

* Legal support for procurement procedures in Europe
* (International) contract law including software license agreements
* Data protection legal accompaniment of projects

Your profile:

* Completed studies in law or economics
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the commercial law department of an internationally operating company or in an international law firm
* Experience in contract law, IT law, and data protection
* Knowledge in other legal fields is advantageous (but not a requirement)
* You are a proactive, responsible person and are characterized by high negotiation skills, cooperation, and analytical abilities
* You are a determined, flexible team player with the willingness to take responsibility and act solution-oriented
* You work gladly across departments and project-based
* You have high linguistic expression and negotiating German & English language skills (further languages are advantageous)
* You are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new topic areas independently
