Business Information Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Information Systems Specialist - Full-time (m/f/d) for the Business Development department in Bielefeld, to start as soon as possible.

Our clients include companies with 50 to 2,000 employees, such as nursing homes and care services. We support our clients in hiring new specialists or acquiring more patients through innovative online marketing strategies.

As a Business Information Systems Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for systematizing process flows, independently implementing projects, and integrating new processes within our company.

Your tasks with us:

• Support of the (SaaS) applications used within the company

• Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software

• Documentation & Conception of digital business processes

• Planning and introduction of new software & IT solutions

• Connecting standard solutions via interfaces

• Developing & implementing automations for everyday tasks

• User training & support

• Error analysis & troubleshooting

Starting salary: €4,500 gross per month

Permanent employment - Unlimited contract - Full-time
