Product Owner (IT) - Full-time (m/w/d)

We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented professionals (m/w/d) for the conception, development, and maintenance of our software products.

You have fundamental IT knowledge and are interested in structured development and maintenance of software solutions? You bring a strong affinity for technology as well as digital processes and automation with you? Then your profile is ideal for this position in our internal development team.

During the onboarding process, you will work step by step according to a clearly defined workflow plan into our software platform and relevant tools. The goal is to prepare you systematically and efficiently for your tasks. There is no customer contact – your focus lies on the internal further development of our systems.

Areas of responsibility:

• Responsibility for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our software solutions.

• Implementation of Requirements Engineering and Anforderungsanalysen.

• Determination and definition of Use Cases to derive clear functional and non-functional requirements.

• Prioritization of the Product Backlog, creation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Testing and acceptance of new features and releases to ensure product quality.

• Monitoring of KPIs and evaluation of feedback for continuous product optimization.

• Support in Release Planning and Product Roadmap creation.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Multiple years of experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer or in software development.

• Experience in Requirements Engineering, requirement analysis, and test management.

• Technical understanding and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

• Strong analytical thinking and sense of structured processes.

• Safety, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in every work step.

• Ability to follow clearly defined processes and deliver results on time.

• Very good German language skills as well as solid English language skills in writing and speaking.

• Will to work on-site in Wittlich (no home office).
