Business Informatics Specialist / IT Project Manager - Full-Time [M|W|D]

We are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) in the areas of IT management, digitalization, and processes, who will support us in the conception and implementation of our IT infrastructure.

As a Business Informatics Specialist / IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of our internal processes. To achieve this, you will develop tailor-made internal applications using modern no-code and low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or Airtable, improve existing workflows, and implement AI-based automations to make processes more efficient and smarter.

Areas of Responsibility

• Process Optimization & Digitalization: You will analyze existing processes in ERP (WeClapp), CRM (HubSpot), E-Commerce (WooCommerce/Shopify) and develop smart, automated solutions

• IT Project Management: You will independently manage digitalization projects – from planning to rollout.

• System & Interface Development: You will build and manage APIs, Zapier/Make/N8N flows, and integrations with tools like Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory & CleverReach.

• Automation & AI Usage: You will develop systems that create real added value through automation and AI – e.g., in customer service, reporting, or internal processes.

• IT Architecture & Security: You will contribute to shaping our infrastructure – based on Microsoft Azure, Intune & modern cloud solutions.
