Preparation of wiring harness Schematics in Capital logic in line with System E&E Architecture. 2. Perform the voltage drop and Fuse blow analysis through Numeric or Quantitative method in Capital simulation tool. 3. Responsible to create a model for all electrical components such as Fuse, Connectors, Splice, Switches, Relays, etc. 4. Updating the properties of existing models in library based on the project requirements. 5. Theoretical calculation of voltage drop & Fuse load calculation for the vehicle loads. 6. Co-relation of theoretical calculation with simulation results & fine tuning the parameters in library. 7. Work closely with wiring harness 2D & 3D team for the latest design changes for aligning simulation work bench data.
