We personally and reliably support our customers - from license consulting to complete IT solutions. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for IT technicians (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software at our customers' premises
• Setting up and maintaining IT workstations, servers, and networks
• Accepting and processing technical inquiries in support
• Error diagnosis and sustainable solution of IT problems
• Documented work execution
• Customer service on-site and remotely in Hamburg, Rendsburg, and occasionally in the surrounding area

Qualification

• Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification - also for career changers or newcomers with IT experience
• Ideal experience with Microsoft 365, Apple systems, and networks
• Careful and solution-oriented working style
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Class B driving license
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
