Project Description:

Although the 2G layer (GSM) is being gradually phased out in public mobile networks, Nokia-2G technology remains relevant in many networks until ~2030 (e.g., for M2M, special customers, fallback, authorities, legacy services). Correspondingly, there are still engineering, operation, and compliance tasks, including Lawful Interception (LI).

• GSM Core Connection
• Emergency Call & Fallback
• LI Operation & Maintenance
• Audit Support

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in engineering with a focus on telecommunications or information technology or an equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of MSC, HLR, and MAP
• Experience in the field of Regulatory Services
• Good knowledge of ETSI Lawful Interception (LI) Standards
• Experience with LI Mediation Devices
