We are looking for a (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d)

The EASI Control GmbH is a young company in the field of software development and software sales.

We are an open and diverse team and develop software for digital and comprehensive workplace safety management.

As Product Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the overall development of our product. Your focus will be strongly on the needs of our customers. In addition to classical product management tasks, you will work closely with Customer Success, actively accompany customers, and ensure that new features create real added value – from the initial idea to successful go-to-market.

Tasks

• Central responsibility for the product with a strong focus on customer needs and user feedback
• Closely working with customers in the sense of Customer Success (taking requirements, analyzing feedback, deriving solutions)
• Mentoring and technical guidance of a development team (3 people)
• End-to-End responsibility for new features: product concept & requirement definition, creation of mockups / user flows, conducting backlog refinements, prioritization and planning the implementation, preparation and implementation of go-to-market
• Translating customer and business requirements into clear user stories

Qualification

• You possess initial experience in product management, UI/UX design or Customer Sucess
• You understand the problem of customers and translate it into an intuitive software
• You are open, creative and solution-oriented
• You work independently and take responsibility for your area
