📱 Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook)
📰 Newsletter & Real Estate Ads
🎨 Design of Exposés, Flyers & Templates
📐 Optional: Floor plans drawing

Qualification

✅ Enrolled student (Marketing, Design o. Ä.)
✅ Strong sense for design & layout
✅ Secure handling of common design tools
✅ Independent & reliable work style
✅ Interest in real estate & high-quality presentation
