Tasks

• Backup & Recovery: Monitoring daily data backups and supporting data restoration.
• Linux: Installation, maintenance, and error analysis of Linux systems in operation.
• OpenVPN: Setting up and maintaining OpenVPN connections for internal and external users.
• Proxmox: Supporting the management and maintenance of virtual machines in the Proxmox environment.
• 1st & 2nd Level Support: Processing and documenting support requests in the ticket system, as well as solving typical IT problems.

Qualification

• A friendly and open-minded nature
• No fear of occasional customer contact
• Very good German language skills
• First experiences with Proxmox and Linux
