Wintel L2 Support Engineer

Job Title: Wintel L2 Support Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai Department: IT Infrastructure / Server Operations Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows server-related incidents and service requests. Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user account management. Support and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Work with backup tools and ensure scheduled backups are successful. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019. Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to resolve incidents and escalate complex issues to Level 3 support engineers. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of IT infrastructure and server operations. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Work in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
