As our new store assistant (28 hours) everything revolves around customer experience. Each Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide and advise everyone to the right products that meet their needs.

Other responsibilities include:

• working closely with your team, store manager, and assistant store manager to achieve your own goals and those of the store;
• making connections with our customers and ensuring a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
• ensuring that the store is always spotless according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines for Rituals;
• following safety procedures in the store.
