As our new store assistant, everything revolves around customer experience. Each Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide and advise each person to the right products that meet their needs.

Other responsibilities include:

• nauw samenwerken met jouw team, de store manager en assistent store manager om jouw eigen doelen en die van de winkel te bereiken;
• de connectie maken met onze klanten en zorgen voor een 'Best in Class' and meaningful store experience;
• ervoor zorgen dat de winkel altijd spic and span is according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines from Rituals;
• het volgen van veiligheidsprocedures in the store.
