Job Description
Vacancy for a lively supermarket in Denderleeuw. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant with responsibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for cash register work and supplementary work, but you will also be in charge of placing and following up on orders for the fresh produce department and stock control.
You will also contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
In our supermarket, we strive for a cozy and customer-oriented service, and your role is essential in achieving these goals.

What will you do?
- Ensure the shelves are stocked and create a neat store environment
- Place orders for the fresh produce department
- Follow up on stock levels
- Check products for freshness and quality to meet customer demands
- Support with unloading and stocking incoming deliveries
- Assist customers with questions and provide suitable advice for optimal service

- You are customer-friendly and have a helpful character with passion for retail
- You work accurately and are able to perform tasks independently
- You have a positive mindset and clearly show your motivation
- Experience in the retail sector is a plus, but enthusiasm is more important
- Flexibility to be available during store opening hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, is required
