Aufgaben

• Responsibility for wind energy projects from consulting to contract closure
• Preparation of location plans, concepts, and planning variants for potential wind farms including site development concepts
• Counseling and advising customers
• Design and approval planning for wind farm projects
• Professional evaluation of projects considering legal regulations and the necessary planning steps required to obtain permission
• Preparation of permit applications
• Contact person for authorities, experts, and customers, as well as for technical questions
• Presentations in town hall meetings and at citizen's assemblies
• Processing of information materials for customers
• Management of technical documentation and project files

Qualifikation

• Degree in Architecture, Geography, renewable energies, civil engineering or equivalent training as a building designer with relevant work experience or similar qualification
• Mult-year experience in planning wind farms
• You are an organizational talent and team player who takes on responsibility gladly
• Experience in customer service and dealing with authorities
• Very good communication skills and German knowledge
• Experience with CAD or GIS programs, preferably already experience with programs like WindPRO and Windographer
• Good MS-Office skills
