Job description
Our client is a large, established IT service provider with a broad range of services and several specialized business areas. For the operational IT operation, an experienced Windows Administrator is sought who enjoys stable systems, structured work, and direct customer contact.
Tasks
- Maintenance, maintenance, and further development of Windows-based IT infrastructures
(Servers, networks, firewalls, backup solutions)
- Regular warranty, update, and documentation of IT environments
- Analyzing, classifying, and processing disturbances, warning messages, and support requests (2nd Level)
- Designing, implementing, and operating sustainable IT system solutions
- Monitoring systems and prioritizing and correcting errors
- Coordinating with suppliers and external service providers
- Carrying out installations, migrations, and system changes
- Playing a central role as a technical contact person for customers
- to customers in the region
Qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field with a focus on Windows
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Office
- Ideal experience with additional Microsoft technologies
- Outstanding service- and customer-oriented approach, as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Safe demeanor, communication strength, and social competence
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Teamwork ability for larger projects as well as organizational talent
- Readiness for regular customer visits on site
