Windows System Administrator (m/w/d) for Backup Systems

For our steadily growing business at the locationOberhausen, we are looking for aWindows System Administrator (m/w/d) for Backup Systems to strengthen the team as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Administration of Backup Systems (VERITAS Backup Exec and VEEAM)
• Maintenance of Terminal Servers (Citrix) and RDS-Server
• Provisioning and Administration of Active Directory and AZURE AD
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the responsible Windows Server and the applications running on it
• Installation, configuration, and parameterization of Windows Servers
• Independent concept development as well as integration of customer applications
• Technical consulting for customers and accompaniment of projects on-site
• Preparation of the corresponding operation and installation documentation
• Technological further development of the existing infrastructure
• Closely working together with colleagues from the network and software development departments

Qualifikation

• A completed education as an IT system electronics technician (m/w/d) or computer scientist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in system administration, including experience in administering backup systems
• Good knowledge of working with Citrix and Windows systems, as well as Active Directory
• A high level of service- and customer-orientedness
• Independent, conceptual, and solution-oriented work
• Eagerness to use IT technologies and motivation to try out and learn new things
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• A driving license class B and willingness to travel
