We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented System Administrator with expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, SCCM, and SCOM.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining core infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. This role requires strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain services.
• Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable name resolution and IP address management.
• Implement and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communications and authentication.
• Deploy and manage software packages, updates, and operating system images using SCCM.
• Monitor system health and performance using SCOM and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for directory and infrastructure services.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and system changes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and service improvements.

Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in system administration with a focus on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and SCOM.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent).
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments (on-premises and Azure AD).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and change management processes.
